Terms.

This website is operated by Verlagi Ltd(“Verlagi”), an independent publishing house in the United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms.

Submissions

  • You keep your rights. Submitting work to Verlagi transfers nothing: you retain all rights in your material unless and until a publishing agreement is signed by both parties.
  • No fees, ever.Verlagi is a traditional publisher. We never charge authors — no reading fees, no contributions to costs. Anyone asking for money in Verlagi’s name is not us.
  • Your warranties. By submitting you confirm the work is your own, that you control the rights in it, and that it contains nothing unlawful.
  • No obligation. Submission does not create any obligation on Verlagi to publish, respond by a particular date, or provide editorial feedback — though we aim to answer every submission within 30 days.
  • Similar works. We read many submissions and publish in focused subject areas; declining your work does not prevent us publishing other works on similar subjects.

The site

  • Site content (text, design, artwork) belongs to Verlagi or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
  • The site is provided “as is”. We take care over what we publish here but give no warranties, and accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on site content, to the fullest extent the law allows.
  • Forthcoming titles, dates and details are announcements of intent and may change before publication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
